steps to check out. Once 4-steps are complete you can make the payment.

What happens if I forgot my Password?

Simply go to login page of website, click on ‘Forgot your password?”,
enter email associated with account, check your inbox for password reset link
and create a new password. Once you’ve confirmed your new password click “Reset
Password” button to save it and simply sign in.

Are stock levels guaranteed?

As a result of our competitive pricing and the significant demand for our diverse stock items, we cannot guarantee stock availability. In the event that an item you purchase on our website sells out before we can secure it from our suppliers, we will promptly reach out to discuss either finding a comparable alternative product or issuing a refund for your purchase.

Yes, you can pay using your phone/smart watch.

Can I pay with cash for online orders picked up in-store?

No, you cannot, online orders are paid before they are shipped.

Do you offer installment payment options?

We accept credit via Mobicred, Fasta or Payflex.

What currency do you accept for international orders?

You can pay using WISE or do an international transfer in any currency,
as long as you use our SWIFT code for international transfers.

How do I know if my order was successful?

Our site will send you an automatic e-mail thanking you for your order, should
you receive that, your order has been placed successfully and all that remains
is for you to make payment.

Are there any pick-up points where I can collect my online order?

Yes, we have over 35 stores and destinations where you can collect your
online order free of charge. Simply select whichever store is closest to you
and you will be notified once your parcel is ready for collection.

What shipping methods are available for online orders?

We can ship directly to your physical address or you can select a store
close to you as a pick-up point.

What is the estimated delivery time for standard shipping?

Delivery to major centers
is usually between 2 to 3 business days.

Can I track my order once it has been shipped?

Yes, a tracking link will
be shared for all courier shipments. In-store pickups will receive a notification when ready.

Is express shipping available for urgent orders?

How do I initiate a return for a defective product?

You may return the item to any Computer Mania store with original packaging and a copy of your invoice or an e-mail can be sent to orders@computermania.co.za

What is the warranty coverage for your products?

All our windows machines
carry a 3 year warranty. Hardware carries a 1 year and consumables a 6 month
warranty. Please refer to your invoice,
our website and the terms and conditions of the warranty which will be with the
product or communicated electronically.

Can I exchange an item instead of returning it for a refund?

Yes, provided the item is
unopened/unused and in a re-sellable condition.
