Why do you keep opening things?

I've bought both a graphics card and a mobp/cpu/ram upgrade kit seaparately from Computer Mania and in both instances my items had already been opened or changed in some way. The seal on the RTX 4060 anti-staric bag was broken indicating it had bene opened for no discernible reason. The CPU and RAM were reinstalled on my mobo in the upgrade kit so I had to uninstall them. The CPU had thermal paste residue as well. Weird
