Great product, bad logistics

Very happy with the product, not so happy with the delivery system. I paid for delivery to my door. Courier came without appropriate communication/forewarning at a time that I was unavailable. I had to wait an extra 2 days because of this and because of a backlog on deliveries. Eventually I decided to drive out to the head office myself because enough time had passed that I knew I wasn't going to be available to receive the parcel. I do not feel I got my money's worth for the delivery and was shortchanged in this regard. It is pretty standard practice in my experience for couriers to give their customers an ETA, and not to delay on deliveries that have been missed. Really, it seems this would save the time of both the customer and the company and maybe a system like this would help mitigate the backlog on deliveries Computer Mania seems to be experiencing. I would appreciate a refund on the delivery fee I paid if possible.

Great Gaming PC, Highly recommend!!!

This was the first gaming PC I bought, for the price and components used in it, it's a really great choice for those who want to get into gaming. Just a few things I recommend. Make sure you have a wifi dongle for the pc as the motherboard does not have a wifi adapter. Get a second stick of memory, try to get the same frequency, 3600, and invest in a decent sata ssd, I recommend the Samsung 870 Evo. Other than that, the PC has been running flawlessly, especially with AAA titles like Horizon forbidden west.
