Bad Service saved by exceptional service

I sent an email, not understanding how things work. I received very sarcastic from an employee named Leon. He also promised to send it that morning and I received it late afternoon. There was one guy who gave me great service named Michael. Give that man a raise, promotion or even a bells !!! He actually treated me like a human being.
