ABOUT THE PRODUCT
The HyperX QuadCast 2 is a USB condenser microphone with four selectable polar patterns, built for streaming, gaming, podcasting, and content creation. It connects straight to a computer over USB-C and records at 24-bit/96kHz, capturing clear, detailed voice without the thin sound or background hiss of a headset or webcam mic. Four polar patterns (cardioid, omnidirectional, bidirectional, and stereo) let one microphone handle solo commentary, two-person interviews, or full-room capture. A multifunction knob adjusts microphone gain, playback volume, and monitoring level, and switches patterns, so settings can be changed without leaving a game or stream. The tap-to-mute sensor mutes instantly, and the status LED shows at a glance whether the mic is live. A removable shock mount and desktop stand are included, and the mount fits standard boom arms.

CONTROLS AND MONITORING
A multifunction knob adjusts microphone gain, playback volume, and monitoring volume, and switches between the four polar patterns. A tap-to-mute sensor mutes the microphone with a single touch, and a status LED indicates the current mode, pattern, and mute state. Grille lighting is customisable through HyperX NGENUITY.
