The Shop:Communications and notification is lacking

The Shop:
Communications and notification is a lacking. I got the notification that they received my order...then raadio silence ... then a guy calling me two weeks later saying he's outside my door while I was away for holiday. Some prior notification of delivery would have been appreciated.

The Product:
* Easy to setup, instructions are easy to follow.
* Solid build.
* Has some back and forth movement, but very little side to side movement.
* Easy to fold up and store for later (this is the reason why I purchased it)

The only down side I have seen so far, not to the products fault .. is that the force feedback on my wheel feels less than what it did when it was attached to my desk.

Surpassed every expectation I held about it before I bought it.

This stand/frame has surpassed every expectation I held about it before I bought it. It is really sturdy, adjustable enough to get myself suited, and actually looks really good too.

The upright does have some back-and-forth to it; for me it's only prevalent when I get in to or out of my seat. When driving I don't notice it. The deck for the steering is so secure, there's zero flex to that and so no tilt-flex to worry about at all.

My chair has bigger than normal casters for an office-chair, and they fit fine into the capture-plate. Twist them sideways and you're not going anywhere when braking. Using Moza SRP pedals with load cell with the red spring. I'd say around 50kg full braking force required. Solid as any rig I've been in.

When folded up (with my Thrustmaster and Moza kit on it) it's compact enough that I have several options for storing it now, and I'm still contemplating which one will be best; probably hooks on my wall to hang it up on. But it is _heavy_. Even just the frame is already heavy - no 2mm gauge pipe here. So with my kit it's easily 20 to 30kg total.

One negative was that there was a missing nut on the upright when I got it. Fortunately there's spare in the bag included, so not a biggy. Assembly and instructions are straight forward. The available profiles on the pedal and wheel decks covers the entire range of popular sim gear, and I had no issues finding the slots and holes for mine.

Absolutely smitten with this purchase. I'm no longer depressed about my lack of space.
