The SanDisk Optimus GX PRO 8100 is an internal M.2 2280 NVMe SSD with heatsink, built on the PCIe 5.0 x4 interface. It delivers sequential read speeds up to 14,900MB/s and sequential write speeds up to 11,000MB/s on this 1TB model, so large projects, game libraries and datasets load and save quickly. The low profile anodised aluminium heatsink channels heat away for up to 5.5x longer sustained performance compared to the non-heatsink model, keeping performance consistent during extended working or gaming sessions. Built with 8th generation SanDisk BiCS TLC 3D CBA NAND and integrated SanDisk nCache 4.0 technology, it is suited to workstations, AI PCs, gamer PCs and creator PCs with a compatible M.2 2280 slot.
