The SanDisk Optimus GX PRO 8100 is an internal M.2 2280 NVMe SSD with heatsink, built on the PCIe 5.0 x4 interface. This 8TB model is the highest capacity in the range, delivering sequential read speeds up to 14,900MB/s and sequential write speeds up to 13,200MB/s, with random read and write speeds up to 2.2M and 2.4M IOPS, so expansive game libraries, application datasets and large digital assets load, save and multitask quickly. The low profile anodised aluminium heatsink channels heat away for up to 5.5x longer sustained performance compared to the non-heatsink model, keeping performance consistent during extended working or gaming sessions. Built with 8th generation SanDisk BiCS TLC 3D CBA NAND and integrated SanDisk nCache 4.0 technology, it is suited to workstations, AI PCs, gamer PCs and creator PCs with a compatible M.2 2280 slot.
