It does not charge my laptop

I bought this exclusively for charging my laptop during power outages but unfortunately this does not work as advertised. I was assured that this would charge my laptop so i have to get a refund now. Can't say anything else about this power bank just that it doesn't work as advertised.

It lasts and lasts and lasts. I was never worried about my phone dying if I had this with me.The only down side is. It’s a bit big and heavy. So it’s not great for my pocket every day. But perfect for a bag if you are traveling. I throw it in my lunch box at work. And take it out if I need it.
