False Advertising

I am very disappointed to find that the product advertised and the product I have received is not the same. The advert clearly states that it's the Epson EcoTank L3252 that is being sold, but on receiving the product, the code on the box and on the printer read Epson EcoTank L3250, which is two generations earlier's printer. The box I received had a sticker over the code which at first glance looks like L3252 but when you remove the sticker from the original box, you see it's actually the L3250.

I hope they can somehow correct this, as I paid the same price for this one as I could have paid for the new generation printer. I am very disappointed in this misleading information and the methods to try and hide the original product code.

Happy with the service but I'm not happy with the product

The printer leaves marks on paper, not cool for printing Glossy images. *sigh* this review will probably never be published.

Simple ecotank

Printer arrived promptly.
Very easy to connect and fill ink.
Epsom app is very user friendly.
Managed to connect multiple devices easily.
Print quality is quite good.
Does print relatively fast. Faster than an ink jet yet slower than laser.
I'm happy with my purchase.

My only gripe is that it was advertised as a deal with an extra Ream of paper and an extra 103 Blank ink which didn't arrive with my order.
